Pricing

We keep our pricing very straightforward and so have 3 charges:  Warehousing, Pick/Pack & Dispatch.

1. Warehousing:
Flat fee per pallet or shelf location per month. We will mix pallets should the products be easy to distinguish, and when a pallet reaches a certain level, it will be transferred to a shelf.

Pallets: £50/month/pallet (max height 1.70m)
Shelf: £20/month/shelf location (1m wide x 40cm x 40cm)

2. Order Fulfilment:
£2.00 per order or 50p/item whichever is greater. This includes all picking, packing, basic packaging materials and (branded) dispatch notes.

3. Dispatch:
The cost price of shipping the item to your customer. This is not marked-up and we provide an ‘open invoice’ policy on our dispatch, so if you would like to see the invoice we have been charged from our provider, please ask.

A fully itemised statement is included with each monthly invoice

We do not charge extra for any of the following:
• Receiving in Goods - (non container deliveries)
• Pallet supply
• Packaging Materials
• Order receipt
• Material Disposal
• Monthly Management fees
• Set Up fees
